Important Notes:
A. Affiliate may earn 42% commission from your weekly active players net losses.
B. To be qualified for commission withdrawal, an affiliate needs to maintain a minimum of 5 Active players. Should you have earned commission with only 1 to 4 Active players in the previous week, you are required to reach 5 Active players in the current period to withdraw the commission earned from previous week.
C. Commission is calculated on a weekly basis. Commission for current week will be settled on the following week Wednesday 5:00 PM.
D. 18% of player’s profit&loss will be deducted as operation and admin cost. E. P2P games such as Ludo and BPoker are excluded from the commission calculation.

8. In addition to meeting the specified number of active players , it’s imperative to verify that each player you’ve referred is a genuine players in Mega Cricket World. Mega Cricket World has established a set of criteria to assess the quality of each player. Failure to meet these standards will result in the non-payment of your commission.
9. Failure to consistently promote the Site, including the absence of new signups and/or removal of Mega cricket world banners from your affiliate site, will be considered a violation of the contract. This breach will result in the automatic termination of this Agreement, and any potential claims for future revenue share will be forfeited.
10. Payment deductions: If your players engage in collusion or any other fraudulent activities, Cricket Affiliates manager reserves the right to deduct the withheld funds from your revenue share or exclude the player’s account from your list of referred players.
10.1 If the account shows a negative balance (i.e., customer winnings surpass customer losses), this negative amount will be carried forward to the following week/s. Revenue share will be determined based on our calculations and statistics. Any negative commission balances will be subtracted from available commissions.
10.2 All earnings accrued under the Agreement exclude any charges, taxes (including Value Added Tax, where applicable), duties, fees, excises, or tariffs. Such charges, taxes, duties, fees, excises, or tariffs will be your responsibility at the prevailing rate when the revenue share is disbursed. It is clarified that you are solely and primarily accountable for any taxes levied on the revenue share by the tax authority in your domicile jurisdiction for income tax purposes. In the event that Cricket Affiliates is mandated to withhold any applicable tax imposed on you by a tax authority in any jurisdiction where Mega cricket world operates, you are solely responsible for settling such tax payment, and you are not entitled to seek reimbursement for such tax from Mega cricket world.
