Potential commission amount
1. You can see in your dashboard the potential commission amount that you have earned as of yesterday.
2. Commission is updated on daily basis. If your players are losing today, kindly wait until the next day to check your latest commission.
3. The commission showing on the dashboard is just an estimated amount, the final commission should be based on actual weekly settlement.
Commission:
This period = This week’s commission amount
Last period = Last Week’s commission amount
Active players:
This period = This week’s active players
Last period = Last week’s active players

There are 2 possible scenarios you may observe from the dashboard.
Scenario 1: You have 2 active players but the commission is not showing.
There are 3 possible reasons why your commission is not showing:
A. You have a negative commission, your players are winning money. You are not able to earn a commission yet.
B. Your account turns from negative to positive today, your players are losing money already. Commission will be updated and shown the next day.
C. If you have 2 or more active players and your net profit is positive, but commission is still not showing for more than 48 hours. Please contact Affiliate support for assistant.
Scenario 2: You have 3 active players or above and the commission is showing.
Your commission will be updated on a daily basis.
Registered Users and First Deposit
1. Newly sign up players will be reflected under REGISTERED USERS and how many of them had actually made their first deposits can be seen under FIRST DEPOSIT.
2. You may check the list of your new players by going to MENU > REPORT> Registrations & FTDs.
Deposit and Withdrawal
1. The total amount of deposits and withdrawal by your player will be reflected here.
2. Deposit and withdrawal from your players are not included in the computation of your commission.
Player Bonuses
1. The bonuses claimed by your players will be reflected here.
2. Please be reminded that this is not a bonus or extra earnings for you. This bonus will be deducted from your total profit and loss when calculating the commission.

VIP Cash Bonus
1. The VIP Points that your player converted into cash will be reflected here.
2. Please be reminded that this is not an extra bonus or extra earnings for you. This bonus will be deducted from your total profit and loss when calculating the commission.
Turnover
1. The dashboard shows the total valid bets or turnover done by all your players.
2. Turnover is not included in the computation of your commission.
Profit & Loss
1. The total win/loss of your players can be seen here.
2. If the color of the amount is black, your players are losing money.
You are earning commission from your player’s net losses.
3. If the color of the amount is red (negative commission), your players are winning money. You dont get any commission if your players are winning. If your account is negative, the negative amount will be carried over to the following week.
